CharitiesAt Pyrabelisk, we believe that, while travelling on business in comfortable planes and cars and staying in smart hotels, we should remember that there are many people in the world outside those hotels who suffer great hardship through no fault of their own: especially children who have been born handicapped or developed a serious illness or lost their parents. These children have particular problems in the emerging economies, where systems and sources of finance to help are often underdeveloped. At our conferences, we always hold a Charity Conference Dinner, with all profits donated directly to a local charity. There is also an opportunity for delegates to donate money at the conference registration desk. Charities are vetted carefully by Pyrabelisk to make sure that all money donated is used properly and effectively.
